Bennett's Auto Title Service has been serving the auto industry of Tennessee for more than 8 years. We provides the legal paperwork for companies dealing with automotibles to sell or title them and to help companies to try and recover money that they spent in towing or repairing the vehicle. Our paperwork is licences throughout the State of Tennessee. We deal in all sorts of automobiles including, cars, trucks and motorcycles.

Before We Begin

The State of Tennessee is requiring that we have a signed tow ticked or signed mechanic's lien invoice before we can proceed to get a readout. We cannot proceed until this is provided.

TOW TICKETS (WRECKER SERVICE, TOW COMPANIES) $50.00 per vehicle
The tow ticket must have:

• Company name, street address, city/state and phone number
• Date of tow, where towed from, where towed to
• Make and model of vehicle and readable VIN number
• Reason for tow (cannot be abandoned)
• Signature of person who authorized the tow (must be readable)
• If police requested, must have police report
• If anything above is missing, the state will reject and this will significantly slow up or stop the process

MECHANIC LIEN INVOICES (ALL OTHER COMPANIES) $65.00 per vehicle
The mechanic's lien invoice must have:

• Company name, street address, city/state and phone number
• Date of service work
• Make model of vehicle and readable VIN number
• Work provided, itemized if possible
• Signature of person who authorized the work (must be readable)
• Note: The person who brought in the vehicle may not be the person who last titled the car: the state requires that we send letters to both of them.
• If anything above is missing, the state will reject and this will significantly slow up or stop the process
  

OTHER ITEMS Please advise if the vehicle is NOT from Tennessee. If you do not know or cannot tell, we will have to check with Autocheck at a cost of $10.00 per vehicle, plus the charges from the state DMV as well.
